Formation Resources

Mercy Partners focuses its formation resources and events on core content in mission, Catholic identity, governance and spirituality.

Formation is much more than training and education because it is about the internalisation of values, attitudes and ways of seeing, and the maturation of faith.

Mercy Partners Formation develops resources  for use by ministry leaders.  The resources are designed to support leadership and enhance Catholic identity and mission.

Prayers

Mercy Partners Formation develops an annual prayer resource for use in meetings and reflection days. The 2022 Prayer Resource focusses on the Parables of Jesus. Prayer posts can be regularly found on our social media feeds.

Governance Books and Videos

Mercy Partners “Partners in Mission” books 1 – 3 examine the canonical and civil responsibilities of leaders in ministries. The video series addresses the key areas of the Mercy Partners Formation Program: Mission, Catholic Identity and Governance.
