Formation and Leadership for Mission and Ministryย
On 5 May 2023, Dr Caroline Thompson – Director of Formation lead a workshop at the Catholic Mission 2023 One Heart Many Voices Conference on Formation and Leadership for Mission.
Caroline spoke of creative, multi-dimensional, integrated and experiential ways of formation.ย Caroline observed many of the people we meet are already on mission and posed the question – how can we use the experience of these ‘outliners’ in our formation programs? Caroline shared many anecdotal stories of the people we meet and concluded their stories from the heart, their dialogue, their sharing are critical as we journey through and with others in formation and leadership.
